Cash on Delivery (COD)

We want to make sure your feel confident about your Throne Factory purchase.  With our Cash on Delivery (COD) option, a delivery professional will collect your cash payment during your delivery appointment.  Cash on Delivery (COD) payments must be paid with cash. The delivery professional cannot accept credit or debit cards or payment apps such as Cash App, Venmo, or Zelle.  Cash on Delivery (COD) is NOT an allowable method of payment for Pre-Order or Custom Order Merchandise.

We want to make sure your order gets to you safe and sound.  Our items are too large or fragile to be delivered via UPS/FedEx, we partner with delivery professionals specializing in the transportation and delivery of large handmade items, so you can be rest assured that your order is being handled with the utmost care from the moment it leaves the warehouse. 

Step 1: Choose a delivery option at checkout. Available delivery methods vary by item; all options will be displayed in the shopping cart. 

Step 2: Your order gets picked up from the warehouse. We'll send you a Ship Confirmation email to let you know your order is on its way. 

Step 3: Schedule a delivery appointment. Upon arrival of your order, a delivery professional will contact you to schedule a delivery date and appointment window. 

Step 4: Say hello to your new throne! Be sure to carefully inspect the shipment upon delivery. If you receive the wrong item or it arrives damaged, don’t accept the delivery. Tell your delivery professional(s) and contact us so we can arrange for a replacement. Once your order is accepted, you pay the cost to ship it back.

This FREE delivery method covers the essentials. A delivery truck will pull up to the curb outside of your home within your 4-hour appointment window. From there, you will be responsible for unloading the item(s) from the truck and any further transport beyond that point. We recommend asking a family member or friend for an extra hand.

Our easiest, no-sweat method, All-Inclusive Delivery takes your item from delivery to assembly. A professional delivery team will bring your item(s) inside and place it in the room of your choice.* Packaging will be removed and disposed of.

Throne Care Coverage (2-Year Accidental Damage Coverage)

Throne Care Coverage provides accidental damage coverage two years from the original purchase date of your Throne and adds up to two incidents of accidental damage coverage, each subject to a service fee of $99 for reparable minor damage, or $199 major damage requiring replacement, plus applicable tax. In addition, you’ll get priority access to Throne Care experts by email or phone.

Reparable Minor Damage

• Upholstery stains, punctures, cuts, tears, or rips less then 4 square inches.
• Trim scratches, gouges, or chips less then 4 square inches.
• Seam Separation 
• Loss of Button, Crystal Embellishment, or Nailhead

Major Damage Requiring Replacement

• Broken or Damaged Frame
• Upholstery stains, punctures, cuts, tears, or rips more than 4 square inches.
• Trim scratches, gouges, or chips more than 4 square inches.

Pickup and delivery included.  To file a claim, call (833) 384-7663 and follow the prompts or email thronecare@thronefactory.com.  We will pick up your damaged throne in 15 business days and have the new or repaired chair back to you 30 business days.

Return Policy

Thrones should be fun, so don’t be afraid! If an item isn’t the perfect match, return it for a refund within 30 days of delivery in the original condition and packaging. We also offer pickup services for an additional fee

A few items can’t be returned, including:

• Clearance items (unless damaged or defective)

• Gift cards

• Custom order items
• Items marked “Non-Returnable” on the sale page
• Items purchased as part of a collection at a discounted rate (unless the entire collection is returned)
