The COVID-19 outbreak and severity of international, federal, state, and local regulatory measures that have been implemented to control it are having a devastating impact on our business. As of April 10, 2020, we are suspending our e-commerce operations so that we can focus restructuring our business, including reducing our capital expenditure, funding the remaining open orders with our overseas manufacturer so we do not surrender deposits, arranging terms with vendors who have collateralized containers in route, negotiating with our credit card merchant provider, and reviewing our options regarding stimulus and funding.
It is our solemn goal to remain in business and fulfill the orders that many of you have placed with us. Many of our customers are in the wedding and event industry, as such, so are we. The COVID-19 pandemic struck at the exact time when our products were in demand and we could capitalize on our ready-to-ship pricing model.
We are extremely sorry for any inconvenience that you are experiencing. We will continue to update this page as we progress. It is our intention, so long as federal, state, and local regulatory measures have been lifted and our delivery team feels safe, to begin delivering open orders again on May 1, 2020.
