Throne Care Coverage provides accidental damage coverage two years from the original purchase date of your Throne and adds up to two incidents of accidental damage coverage, each subject to a service fee of $99 for reparable minor damage, or $199 major damage requiring replacement, plus applicable tax. In addition, you’ll get priority access to Throne Care experts by email or phone.
Reparable Minor Damage
- Upholstery stains, punctures, cuts, tears, or rips less then 4 square inches.
- Trim scratches, gouges, or chips less then 4 square inches.
- Seam Separation
- Loss of Button, Crystal Embellishment, or Nailhead
Major Damage Requiring Replacement
- Broken or Damaged Frame

Pickup and delivery included. To file a claim, call (833) 384-7663 and follow the prompts or email thronecare@thronefactory.com. We will pick up your damaged throne in 15 business days and have the new or repaired chair back to you 30 business days.
